The other green label items

Liquid filled display bottles from the 70-ties.

I Think one of the most rare items I got are these "display only bottles". A 4/5 size mid 70-ties bottle with seal intact (however no print on it!). This is a Non-Alcoholic version of the allready Rare quart size bottles. (estimate value = $ 400.00, perfect plastic seal as well $ 500.00)

The bottle below is a "display only bottle" from mid 70-ties. The bottles are filled with a specially prepared liquid formula to appear as actual whiskey. This bottle is also sealed with the same kind of seal. The plastic seal over it is bad crackled which happens when it dries out..... Nice detail when you ordered these bottles back then, they couldn't ship after October 15 due to weather conditions! ...funny...

Amber colored glass display bottles from the 60-ties.

For the same purpose as the two bottles you just have seen is this amber colored glass, green label display bottle in a 4/5 quart size. Perfect labels this one with the paper seal and the plastic seal. The paper seal is off course not an original Eagle or Distillery seal but a plane pink colored piece of paper that looks like a seal. Real collectable especially in this 100 % perfect shape!

And to make it even better... it's a Lem Motlow embossed 4/5 Quart bottle !

(b/w copy of the Point of Purchase Catalog)

According to the law it had to be drilled in the bottom of the bottle other wise the distillery had to pay tax over this bottle like it was filled with original Jack Daniel's whiskey.

Amber colored glass....

Ok... this doesn't belong to the Green label stuff but it's from the same year as those display bottles are from.. the 60-ties.
This Token was sold by the Hardware and General store in lynchburg, TN.

Green label Counter piece

Simulated granite base engraved as illustrated below. Pilar printed in green on gold foil, fully embossed, with three-dimensional plastic cameo bust included. Complete with a miniature that is filled with a liquid that looks like whiskey. Especially the green label is very rare!

To pour our green label Jack Daniel's whiskey in a glass we use a green label pour sprout like this one. This is a very rare and wanted sprout with an estimate value of around $ 50.00! This vintage Jack Daniel's green label 90 Proof green metal pourer has a patent number (2762521) that dates it to 1956.

Than we got the RARE green label shot glasses. The Pig shot glass (a very thin glass shot...) with two sizes on it, a Mens and a Womens size?? yeah..yeah...
