The next special Jack Daniel's bottle is the Master Distiller bottle. The best Jack Daniel's there is! It is from the best place in the barrel house (like the Silver Select single barrel bottle, but this one is not from one barrel.) Mr Jack saved some whiskey that he knew was the best, to give to his friends. Now they doing it again and it is called "The Master Distiller". The bottle on the left is a 750ml size.

I got three (yes 3) different Master Distillers 750 ml in my collection. They all got different labels. Little changes are made on the back label as on the front of the label.

Below you will see an awesome display box/gift wrap from this Japanese Master Distiller. It was available for a very short period of time. The Master Distiller bottle is pretty hard to find.. bet ya this box can be called "rare" !

There are two sort of miniatures made for Japan. The Glass miniature, 50 ml size with iron cap and a plastic version (airport?).

Below is the first Master Distillery blister pack sold in Japan. It's a very rare item and not often seen. I had some luck on a Japanese Auction and "won" this sample for just $ 30.00. Estiamte value on EBay around $ 200.00 (Summer 2006)!

Master Distiller and Early Times miniature box

Below we see a cardboard box filled with a miniature 50 ml size bottle from Early Times Kentucky Whisky and a bottle of Jack Daniels Master Distiller. Besides the two cool bottles are two little pamplets with some Japanese text and pictures.

Nice detail is that the bottle used for the Early times whisky is exact the same as the Master Distiller bottle.... hmmmm...

This is a set of two "Rock" glasses (the bigger size glasses, not shot glasses).

In the last couple of years I found 3 different Master Distiller shot glasses. The first one (with the gold colored print) came with a miniature blister pack and considerd the most rare one of all three. The second one was sold in a cardboard box with two glasses (like the Rock glasses) and the third Master Distiller was sold in a box with 4 different glasses (one Gentleman Jack, one Signle Barrel, one Black Label and the 4th, the Master Distiller)

Another cool Master Distiller item is this Agenda. Made out of good quility leather with a golden print MD label.

Nice cloth napkin or handkerchief (what ever you call them...) with a detailed Master Distiller print. Pretty big size as well... 17 and a half inch!
