The Opry Hotel, "The Jack Daniel's Saloon"

If your are interested in old Jack Daniel's bottles you should go to The Opry Hotel in Nashville, TN. Inside this HUGE hotel they bild a Jack Daniel's Saloon. Inside this saloon they got a lot of real old bottles that where made by the Jack Daniel's distillery. Some are still full and real rare! Here are some pictures I took while I was there. They open at 17.00, so if you want to see the bottles good, go before 17.00 and you got all the time to look at them and take pictures!

The Opry Hotel, Nashville, TN

2883 guest rooms, 85 meeting rooms, 5 ballrooms, 30 retailshops 10 lounges and 3 swimming pools!

Inside the Jack Daniel's Saloon the tables are filled with original old checks, papers and other stuff that is signed by Jack Daniel's or Lem Motlow or has anything to do with the Jack Daniel's Distillery from around 1900.

The following pictures are from bottles that are displayed inside the Jack Daniel's saloon.

The bottles you see above are real old. The Lincoln County bottles are from late 1940's.

Mr. Lem Motlow bottled brandy's as a sort of hobby. There are several fruit flavours made. He stopped doing it because the price of the fruit was becoming to high and the profits where to low compared to the Grain that he used for his whiskey.

Here you see several empty old bottles, the cilinder, the Birmingham, Alabama and a Statue bottle. (this is NOT the Scenes from Lynchburg No. 1 !)

During Prohibition Jack Daniel's had to move to Birmingham, Alabama where he bottled this "Topaz" corn whiskey. Very rare bottle!
