In Augural 1984
The "Inaugural" Decantere was released on the 80th anniversary of Mr. Roosevelt's presidency. It would commemorate Jack Daniel's admiration of the 26th president of the US. It's a 1.750 ml size bottle with 90 % proof whiskey.

2 different 1500 ml Japanese InAugural
Here are pictures of a Japanese 1500 ml Inaugural Decanter. The export version is a very rare size and as you can see it is sealed the same way as the US version of the Riverboat Captain bottle. I have sold the bottle below, it is now part of -one of my dutch Jack Daniel's friends- Edwin Raaphorst's collection.

The seal they used was a original Distillery seal. 
Below is a second 1500 ml InAugural bottle sold in Japan. This one has NO paper seal but only a plastic seal. Perfect sealed and with a beautiful cardboard box and booklet with some Japanese language inside
